About
UPPSALA develops and supplies process systems for municipal and industrial water treatment: high-rate clarification, ballasted clarification and deep-bed denitrification filtration, together with the mixing equipment those processes depend on.
Our work starts from hydraulics. Rather than selecting equipment against a specification and assembling it, we model the tank, size the draft-tube arrangement for it, and design the impeller that arrangement needs. That is why the same process nameplate can perform very differently from one supplier to another.
Every system is hydraulically checked for its project, and the design is adjusted to the tank it will be built in rather than the other way round.
Engineering and manufacturing are carried out with a joint-venture base in Guangdong, China.
